Store reusable earplugs on your hardhat for quick and easy access with the new polymer Ready Ears. Made with Plastic Injection Molding out of high strength and lightweight polymer, Grivory®.
Select KASK or Wavecel to order the Ready Ears Housing with the helmet specific slot clip. Until the plastic injection mold is procured, these two clip options are available at a reduced cost as they are 3D printed. Any customer who purchases the 3D printed clip will be given a Grivory® version for free when the mold becomes available.
Ready Ears Housing can be mounted with earplug holes facing the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock position by removing the two outside fasteners and rotating the unit.

*Earplugs must be cleaned prior to first use in Ready Ears in order to remove an anti-friction powder applied at the 3M factory. The powder is non-toxic, but it reduces friction, which makes the plugs prone to popping out of Ready Ears. A light soap and water, or isopropyl alcohol swab wipe down is adequate.
