Return Policy

Only items purchased from bayanidesigns.com within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation). When making a return or exchange for items purchased on bayanidesigns.com, we will provide you with an authorized return label, as well as free shipping on the return and no additional re-stock fees.

For items not purchased on our website, please refer back to the original place of purchase for assistance with your return or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, please contact info@bayanidesigns.com. 

Please allow 2 business days (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm PST) for processing from the time we receive the item(s).

You will receive a prepaid USPS label from USPS for your return via the provided email address once the item has been processed. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for the label.

There are no restocking fees.

To ensure quick and accurate processing, please ship your item(s) using only the USPS label(s) we provide you.

Credit will be issued back to the card(s) used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 7-10 business days from the return processing date.
